  • Group Programs:Due to the structured nature of our group programs, we do not offer refunds, credits, or make-up sessions for missed classes.
  • One-on-One Services:Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Once services are completed, we will issue a Statement of Accounts (SOA), which you can use for AccessOAP funding reconciliation. For assistance with submitting expenses, feel free to reach out to our team.

We offer multiple convenient payment methods, including:

  • Credit Card:Pay online through our secure system. Future installment payments will be automatically charged unless specified otherwise.
  • E-Transfer:Instructions will be provided upon registration. Please include your child’s SP ID number in the comments for accurate reconciliation.
  • Cheque:Cheques must include the SP ID number and program name. They can be submitted in person at our locations.
  • Pay Vendor/Pay Bills Banking Service:Available through most major banks. Instructions will be provided upon registration.
